Scope of work: Client Representative, Engineering Design & Construction Management

A mixed-use building is split into two structures: commercial spaces on the street level and residential spaces on the upper floors. The fluid organic surfaces and connections between the two buildings create a dynamic image and add movement to the design. The floors are set back at the higher levels to create terraces and views of the project. The outdoor areas feature landscaping, water elements, and seating areas to create an interactive design with natural elements that provide warmth to the design and integrate it within the surrounding context.
