Scope of work: Full Engineering Design & Site Supervision

As the full engineering design and site supervision consultant, ASALI was responsible for the planning, design, and supervision of the phased development of the Dead Sea Promenade. The project included the installation of 40 kiosks, 20 metal pergolas,15 concrete seating units, decorative and landscaped planting areas, WPC planters, site grading and lighting works, entrance landscaping, and maintenance of key access points. In addition, the project involved the design studies and preparation of tender documents for the dedicated Corniche development area (ECO PARK). The development was aimed at enhancing the visitor experience, improving public amenities, and creating an attractive and sustainable waterfront destination at the Dead Sea.
