Scope of work: Design Review & Value Engineering - Northern Tower

The Jordan Gate Towers are a high class commercial and residential project, divided into three parts: two 38 storey high-rise buildings, North and South, at a height of 162 and 145 meters, respectively, and with an area of 135,000 sq.m. The third part is a three-storey podium, with an area of 14,000 sq.m. The north tower was designed as a residential apartment tower containing 215 units. The south tower designed as a offices building.
