Marsa Zayed is a coastal development in Aqaba, Jordan, blending tourism, residential living, and leisure. Its design is inspired by the site's unique geography, featuring two green boulevards oriented toward the sea, which emerge from a central public plaza. This structure creates a vibrant urban space, with each boulevard leading to a public park, enhancing connectivity and maximizing waterfront views, while providing a hierarchy of public spaces throughout the development. The project aims to foster a dynamic community, promoting both social interaction and a seamless connection with Aqaba’s stunning coastal environment.
