The Residential Compound are units of efficient and spacious apartments, the apartments vary in their size to cater to a variety of users. The design of each unit is modern and warm to allow for comfort and familiarity for the residents. The apartments include modern fixtures, furniture, and wooden elements that integrate and create modern structures. The facade is also dynamic with its variable materials and extruded surfaces, it also creates visual and physical connections between the interior and exterior spaces with the shaded balconies.
